As part of the transformative Waterford North Quays regeneration project for Waterford City and County Council, we were appointed by Roughan & O’Donovan as Architect and Lead Design Consultant to deliver key infrastructure elements, including the North Quays public realm and the new Transport Hub.
Serving as a new northern gateway to Waterford City, the Transport Hub is the city’s new transport terminus. While modest in scale and contract value compared with the wider North Quays development, the building delivers a significant civic presence, acting as a landmark arrival point and reflecting the project’s commitment to low-carbon, sustainable mobility.
