Digital precision from brief to build.

We were commissioned by the Office of Public Works (OPW) to aid the delivery of a significant state project through the Detailed Design and Tender Documentation stages. As the leading OPW project delivered under the new BIM mandate, the project required the implementation of robust BIM processes and close collaboration across a multidisciplinary design team.

Working alongside the appointed BIM Manager, we led the design team through the I.S. EN ISO 19650 compliant BIM delivery process with a structured approach to managing model coordination, federated model sharing and clash detection using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Revit and Navisworks. ACC was utilised as the project's Common Data Environment (CDE) for coordination reviews, issue tracking, drawing package reviews, model exchange and measurement file sharing. All elements are classified according to the latest Uniclass classification system, ensuring structured asset data to support future operation and maintenance over the whole life cycle of the built asset using BIM.
